OCRH was founded in 2004 by the Anglican churches in Otley Deanery, part of the then Diocese of Bradford. From that original partnership we have developed links with the local Methodist circuit as well as supporting a variety of churches across the Diocese of Leeds. We registered as an independent charity in 2016 and are managed by a board of trustees.
